This is where it all begins.
While walking near his home in Ontario, Ollie becomes lost in the woods as evening falls. Alone and a little bit frightened, he uses his voice and discovers something extraordinary — the animals really can talk to him… and they have been waiting.
In the forest, Ollie meets wise and gentle creatures who guide him home while teaching him their secrets:
- how beavers build,
- why fish must trust the water they live in,

- and what it truly means to live in harmony.

Ollie’s listening takes him far from home — all the way to the golden plains of Africa.
On safari, he meets Brave the Bushbaby, Endurance the Elephant Calf, Grace the Giraffe, and other determined animals who show him how life in the wild depends on balance, respect, and teamwork. With Hyenas, Hipos, and Cheetahs, each animal teaches Ollie something new about survival and cooperation.
